As someone who wants to be in direct touch with nature, I loved the apartment's excellent location in the heart of the old town. It was within walking distance of major attractions and had a tram connection to the beach. the apartment itself was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. the staff provided great customer service and were very helpful in accommodating our needs.

Awesome location near the center, the Silk Exchange, the old town, everything great. Xativa subway station nearby. Overall experience was excellant.

Great location, lovely apartment.

The promised wifi internet was not installed, so the apartment description wrongly claims to have internet in each apartment, also the television was not working during our stay another advertised feature that was not available. The staff (based in the nearby youth hostel) were no use at all in getting these issues remedied. As a result i'm not able to recommend the apartments to other travellers

Located in a central, bustling area with views of a lively square, this high apartment provides a clean and comfortable stay. Kitchen is well-equipped, including a rare kettle. Multiple TVs and iron board are useful amenities. Bed is comfortable and shower is powerful.

RsJust what I needed after traveling more than 8 hours! The location was perfect, within walking distance of downtown sights; shopping, and entertainment. It was a one-bedroom apt, with kitchen and living area. Big enough for a family of 4. All comforts of home in a foreign country.

it was right in the heart of city and really close to silk exchange. everything was simply great. the amicable and lovely friendly staff accommodated my quick check in.

Convenient location near popular attractions and Central Market. Well-equipped apartment with helpful staff. Comfortable beds and hot water. Enjoyed the plaza with restaurants and nearby shops. a great stay.

Position of television while sitting on the couch was not very comfortable. Bad smell in the bathroom in the morning.

We stayed at Anderson City Flats for 11 nights in the center of old town. The location was amazing, close to all major attractions and with plenty of restaurants and bars around. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the lively square below. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing us with a high apartment away from noise. The kitchen had everything we needed, there were two TVs, and the shower was powerful. it couldn't be in a better location.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The location was excellent for our purpose - to explore the old town of Valencia, and enjoy the ambience of the area. The servicing and cleanliness of the apartment were outstanding, and the office staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
